We planned Admin Night so you don't have to. Nine to Kind Admin Night is the compassionate accountability meetup where we get together and cross some things off our to do list. Because life can't be serious all the time, we are throwing in some drinks and yapping. Come as you are, we have a seat for you.
ADMIN NIGHT IS FOR:
The ADHD Queen who needs help staying on task
The one who does it all for others...and has yet to tackle their own mess
The introvert that wants to connect with others in a loosely structured environment
The extrovert who wants a more laid back environment
The overwhelmed overdoer that needs honest feedback about their to do list
...and all the other chronically responsible in between
GIVE ME THE RUNDOWN OF THE NIGHT:
Of course we have a plan! Here's what to expect...keep in mind your host (me) has ADHD and will also be relying on the visual timer 🫠
530-6pm: Arrive, grab a drink from the bar and get comfy! This is the time for the first round of yapping and settling in.
6pm-630pm: Prioritization + Problem Solving: Sort your list and identify any barriers that need upfront problem solving.
630pm-730pm: First round of work! I will be around to help whenever you get stuck and we celebrate wins along the way!
730pm-745pm: Stretch break!
745pm-815pm: Final touches on the to do list. Begin to wrap up and process how you're feeling!
815pm-830pm: Yap, get feedback if needed, celebrate your effort steps!
Admin night is meant to have enough structure to help you get shit done but also the room to meet your own needs. It's okay if you're running late or if you need to bop out early. Life doesn't stop...this is just a lil respite from the grind.
THE LOCATION: FAIT LA FORCE BREWING COMPANY (WEHO)
Fait La Force is a casual + cute brewery in Wedgewood Houston. We will have a cozy corner tucked inside but there is plenty of fresh air if the weather is nice. Patio doors can open up so it's the best of both worlds! They have a variety of drinks and snacks. They have become known for hosting many different community events and we are thrilled to host Admin Night there!
Quick Notes:
Brewery is all ages but would not recommend active kiddos to come.
Dress is casual but the chandeliers welcome cuteness if that's your vibe!
Parking is available throughout the building.
